I'm the worst at night too as far as pain. In the mornings I have to get up two hours early, just to go back and forth to the bathroom :)

I think the majority are worse in the AM...for me it's mainly the AM but the odd day here and there I'll have to "go" throughout the day, aft, eve, night, but thankfully I don't get woken up in the middle of the night having to go anymore (or at least not for quite a few yrs now...I hope I didn't just jinx myself LOL).

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)

I put in noon, but it is usually the afternoon time for me. It seems to kick in around 3pm.
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

In the morning, I make sure I have plenty of extra time for the bathroom, just in case.  So the D and cramps are worse in the morning, but the pain and fatigue is always the worst at night.

DX: mild to moderate Crohn's for 34 years
Additional benefits: chronic anemia, B12 deficient, peripheral neuropathy, facial mylagsia, joint pain, underactive thyriod
Current meds: Colozal, Nexium, Entocort, Flagyl, steriod cream, monthly B12 injections, Neurontin, Synthroid, Effexor ER, pain meds as needed

My problems happen usually right after lunch until 5 in the afternoon. Sometimes in the evening but I've been lucky and hardly ever have any problems in the middle of the night.
