Newbie here. Hi all!
Has anyone tried concierge medicine, where you pay an annual lump sum for as-much-as-needed doctor's care w/o involving insurance?
I've been uninsured since I left grad school in August. The CD has gotten much worse over the last few months and alternative therapies are not enough. I'm not sure what else to do at this point and would love to hear from anyone who has gone this route or has been uninsured with CD. Thanks in advance.

I have never heard of concierge medicine but it sounds kind of interesting. Luckily I have always had insurance, but I really feel for those of you who have this disease and no insurance. Where do you live? Just wondering as I have never heard of this.
Been living with Crohn's Disease for 32 years.  Currently on Asacol, Prilosec 60 mg, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain and Calcium.  Resections in 2002 and 2005.  Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doing tests to see if I have Inflammatory Arthritis or AS.
