So I tried out this free personal trainer session, and boy was it tough on my stomach. He utlized the ball (i have one at home but I have a big one, he used a smaller size ball) and boy oh boy, it killlled my stomach. I definitely want to tone my abs but there was one exercise where my position was so awful I started to feel like I was going to gag. . .It was one where you lie on the ball and go down and up with your upper body. I just stuck with it, I didn't want to complain or make excuses but boy was it frustrating to have nausau carry over to my work out sessions...maybe it was just that I should have eaten more before going. I had breakfast, but there wasn't really any protein in it. I don't know. I guess I just need to suck it up and work through it. ..
23 year old female, diagnosed with Crohn's in 2002 after being misdiagnosed with Lyme Disease for a year. Currently on 75 mg of Mercaptopurine. Have been on Prednisone, Asacol, and Remicade in the past.
