If someone with CF and someone who doesn't carry the gene at all have kids, what are the chances of them having the actual disease???

Someone with CF = 2 CF genes
Carrier = 1 CF gene
Non-Carrier = 0 CF genes

So for your question the result is that EVERY child is GUARANTEED to be a carrier of CF.

However, they are all also, by definition, GUARANTEED to not have CF.
