Hi,  My grand-daughter aged 7 months has cf.  My gut feeling is that the coal fire, even though it is a multi-fuel burner, will be harmful to her breathing.  My husband doesn't agree.  He thinks as long as we hoover up the ash and dust before she comes and keep the burner closed that it will be okay.  What do you think?

Coal fire can be just as bad on the lungs of a CFer. I'm not sure if its as bad as regular fire, but I would still be concerned.
