I'm not quite sure what a pulmonary Valve Stenosis is.

One thing my mum always used to do for me though, was mashed potatoes with lots of cheese and marge. Now a days I have salad cream with that aswell, to increase the fat content even more.

I find when I'm not eating much, the best plan is too make everything with loads of calories in.
Even now, I still add cheese to everything and sugar to deserts and cereal.

I also used to be a picky child, and even now still am. One thing I will say, is never try to force feed anything, o rfood will become a chore and fear. Let your child eat whatever they feel like. I always find this is the best way to keep weight on when not eating well.

I'm not sure how much help this will be for your 7 month old. But I hope it is of some use.

Thank you for the info. I was asking about in the future when she is a toddler and they are all picky.

When I was little, I loved pasta but I would only eat it with tomato sauce, wich isn't very fatty. My mom would load it with butter and then put on the sauce, it tasted the same to me, but had more fat. She also sometimes tried to hide things like cheese under there, but that stopped working as I got older (I'm also less picky now, so it doesn't matter as much).
