Tiredness in CF, in my experiance, can be pretty normal. It could mean infection, low sodium, low potassium or low iron, or just be one of those things.
The weather is really hot, if you aren't on slow sodium/sodium chloride, then I'd ask your doctor about
it. Especially if you also don't eat a lot of salt.
Coughing up blood- Again, cold be sign of infection. If your lungs have been through a lot, it could just be a bit of the lining of the lung, where it's broke away after a lot of coughing. Or, it could be from your throat, if you have been coughing particuarly hard.
I'd sugest you see a doctor, as it could be any number of things, even something I don't actually know about
