You are carrying a very heavy load on this Christmas eve. Do you have any friends or family that you could talk to tonight? I think you need support right now. Are you going to counseling of any sort? Are you on any medication for depression? We are here for you so keep writing. We will help you in any way that we possibly can.

hugs,

Hello and I am sorry for your loss.  I agree you need to get together with others during the Holiday.  People that are safe for you and will be able to help you through your rough time.

If you need medical help please go to the nearest ER and someone there will help you.

Is there any chance you can make up with your family?  I do not know the details but just thought I would ask?

Gentle Hugs to you and please keep posting.  We are here, even on Christmas Eve. :)

Robert,

Welcome to HealingWell.  I am also sorry for your loss.  I agree this is not the time of the year for you to be alone, you should try to be with friends.  I bet your parents would be willing to reconcile.  It does sound like seeing a therapist might not be a bad idea for you.

Please know we are here for you and we care about you.

Take care!
