Just learned this, although the news is three weeks old, but thought it might help someone. The FDA has tentatively approved a generic form of Lexapro. You may read the entire news release at the FDA website. Hope this helps someone who may be paying for their own meds.

that is good news because the co-pay is kinda high

I know if we had to pay for it here it is very costly
