everyone says that they know how i feel haveing my first gf break upwith me but ppl dont. she was the ONLY girl who never stood me up or blew me off. she made me feel GOOD for once in my life. after she broke up with me ive gone out and still she is on my mind. ive talked to new girls and got thier numbers but they dont return my calls or its a wrong number. its hard to be confident when you keep getting rejected left and right.

Hi Scotty,
The one thing is you can't let other people varify who you are. I think you need to learn that this is all within yourself. You say she makes you feel good. Actually you feel good when you are with her. There is a difference. You have to learn to be your own person and not use others to achieve your identity. I know that it hurts you right now. But you need to work on yourself right now. Your confidence comes from within. People are attracted to confident people. When you need others to validate your feelings it makes you look insecure and women are not attracted to that. Work on yourself and before you know it, you will be finding the woman that is meant for you. I promise. Just keep working on yourself and find things that interest you other than women. I can't stress that enough.

Good luck to you

hugs,

Karen

PS The first one always stays on your mind, you will remember her forever. But that doesn't mean that she was the one for you.

Scotty

The first break up is so hard. I really think it is something that you really never forget.

But,you do have to ask yourself a few simple questions.

Was it always good when we were together?

Why did we break up?

Then once you think about those, then you will probably realize that it wasn't as great as you thought...

Don't hide out,and give yourself time to get over this, and then once you have endured the pain, then you will find someone else to hang out with..it is funny how that happens...it seems that when you least expect it there they are.

Stay strong and keep us updated on your progress.
