I think we hit the jack pot here. I feel 100X's better. I mean no thoughts of the ex, no more anxiety shakes or anxiety. I'm laughing and joking and having fun. Went out with a friend last night and it was the first time in ages that I actually went out.
School starts Tuesday and my car will be on the road and I will be looking for a job, hopefully in the garden center my friend owns. WOOO HOOO, thank you medication.
Thanks everyone for your support when I was having a hard time. I apprecieated it more than you know.

I undestand that yoga is very good for the soul. Also good stretching for the body.

Let us know how that goes.

I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better.  You were pretty low when you first came around.  It really puts a smile on my face!

Take care!
