I can see that you know all the right things that you need to do. I wish you would try to go to work. If you just sit in your room you are just going to get more depressed. You know that you need to eat and take your medications. Why don't you want to do these things? Please try, we are all cheering for you right now. We want to see you get better. If you don't like that job, maybe you should look for something else. It might do you good to have a new job.
Do you exercise or take walks, that always makes me feel better, maybe you should try that. I sure hope that it helps. Please try to help yourself. We don't want to see you get worse.

We are always here to listen Jenny. I know you are having a hard time right now. I want to see you get better, I think you should be honest with your therapist, otherwise she wont be able to give you the right type of help. So next time try telling her a little more okay? We want you to feel good. You really need to take your meds, go to therapy, try to get some type of exercise to get your endorphins going. If you stay in your room it will be too easy to give up. I don't want you to do that. At least try to get out for a nice relaxing walk. Or if you are going to stay in your room try to listen to some music or read a good self help book. You are the only one who can help yourself to do these things. So please, for me, try if you can't do it for yourself. We all care so much about you. And will always be here for you. So keep posting and let us know how you are doing. Just don't give up, I know that you can do this.

hey Jenny, hi there. This is Kitt.........great advice from Karen. You know I hope you try to take baby steps to get back to where you were. Depression will always want to sneak up on you and take over but you are stronger than you think. Do not give in. There are so many wonderful things to do in life and you have a purpose here so please start journaling your feelings.
Set small goals for each and every day. When I was at rock bottom I would set goals. The first one was always to get up in the morning.I included little things at first..........wash hair, make the bed. My goals looked like a household chore list. I gave myself permission not to feel like a loser if I missed a goal.Try the little goal setting to get moving forward again.Take care and keep posting.
