Dear members,

A lot of you have noticed that things have been a little out of hand in the last week or two and we, as moderators, promised that we would explain what has been going on after the problem had been resolved. I will not give out all the gory details as it is not necessary and would be disrespectful.

Most of you will know about Maddi and BabyTiger22. It was believed that Maddi had been lying about most of the things that were said on HealingWell, both in the chat room and the forum threads. The longer that she was allowed to post, the more irregularities appeared to the point were some of us were convinced beyond reasonable doubt that she was lying. Although we cannot prove it distinctly, we also believed that Maddi was using another account in the name: BabyTiger22 although I will continue to refer to them as seperate identities for the purposes of this post. In the last few days (While Maddi was supposed to be in a coma) BabyTiger22 has been very irritable with various moderators and this has lead to exchanges of emails, some of which have been quite hostile. For this reason, both accounts have been closed.

As far as we are concerned this is an end to the matter. I want everyone to know that we, as moderators, dont have anything to hide. We have done what we have thought best and have acted professionally and considerately. This should not detract from anyone else and I want you to know that we all care about ALL of our members.

If anyone has any questions, I would kindly ask that you email them.

Thank you for your time and patience

Darren

Please all remember that we as the Mods are here to help you. And if we see something that brings out the red flags, then we are going to do something about it.

That last thing anyone on this site needs is to have things said that are not honest, and have our emotions taken advantage of.

Thanks Darren for posting this.. I can't get online at work anymore.

Hi Tennis,

We are pretty sure Maddi was lying about her life and we have strong suspicions that Maddi and BabyTiger22 were the same person.

Tennis

We need to end this situation and move on. I am sorry but enough is enough.

I don't mean to be harsh here, but I am thinking it might be better to just lock and delete all threads that pertain to this from now on.

ALOT of members have been affected by this mess, and it is not something we will allow to continue.
