Just an update-
these past few days i've been feeling a lot better. it seems like things and starting to get better in life, but i dont know how long the feeling will last.

anyway, my therapist is the most wonderful person i've ever met and i've been seeing her for almost a year. i really want to give her a gift to show her that i really appreciate what she's done for me, but i have no idea what! i'm so bad at shopping for people! i dont relaly have a lot of money and i dont want to get something iffy like jewelry or whatver. i enjoy making things because i thing they have more sentimental value that way, but i dont know what! i just dont want it to be stupid. any suggestions?

i feel like i've overcome so much after making the choice of going to therapy regularly for my depression, and i just really want to show that i couldnt appreciate the help more. (i dont pay for this therapy, so money isn't really a huge issue, although i do have limits)

im so bad at gift-buying, any ideas?!

Maybe a journal or something. Something that you think she will use. Sometimes you can get plaques with nice sayings on them. Maybe something like that, I am saying something a lot LOL. Ummm, I am not really a good gift purchaser either. I make a lot of gifts. You could do a basket maybe? I hope that this helps some.

I think the plaque is a great idea.. something positive that she can keep in her office for other patients to see.

Im glad that things are improving for you! I too, like the idea of the plaque.

Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.
