Jenny,

I'm sorry about your friend, someone I use to go to college with just committed the unthinkable 2 weeks ago. Though I don't know the bond you had with your friend I know how awful it feels.

You say you are feeling terrible, I get the impression this took place before what happened to your friend. I would say this, being that you are on new meds may be a bit part of the problem, it could be that you have to have them changed or adjusted by your doctor.

I would also encourage you to speak to a counselor about what happened to your friend, what happened can affect you in a really negative way.
It would really be good to let some of that hurt out, it may take time though.

Just keep talking, and be kind to yourself

Hi Jenny,

I am sorry to hear about your circumstances. I know that you are going through a really difficult time. Just hang in there, you can make it through.

As Pressing said, Just keep talking and please be kind to yourself. You have to grieve and the process takes time.

Luv and hugs, Karen

I too am sorry to hear about what has happened. It is important to take the time you need to grieve. Things will come together but only if you take the time out for yourself. Have you talked to your doctor about this?

We will all be here for you if you want to talk

Jenny I know that you have been through a lot recently, but please try not to feel worthless. You aren't worthless. You are a very special person and we all think the world of you. I hope that you realize that.

This is such a hard time of the year and to have things added to that makes it tough. You just hang in there, things will get better for you.

Hugs, Karen

Jenny,
Have you talked to your doctor about your down spiral feeling? Perhaps you need a change in the medication dose.
Please continue to stress how you are feeling, it really helps to get it out.

Dear Jenny,

I am so sorry for your loss and I agree with the others, you need to give yourself time to grieve.  There is set time limit on how long this will be but I do know that time will dull the pain and the good memories will stick with you.

You will always miss your friend  but you must have hope that things will get better for you.
Hugs

Kitt
