Meditation is really easy. And even if you don't feel like it is working, it is. They say when you practice, you are actually doing it. But it has a lot to do with your breathing and focusing on that. Also relaxing your muscles from head to toe. Then you pick a 'mantra', which is a four to six syllabol senseless word.
