Hi Yana,

To cope, I try to relax. Take a few deep breaths and tell myself just to go with life. Take everything as it comes. If I want to sleep, I sleep. But I can do that. Where a lot of people can't. They have school and jobs that they have to go to. But getting with nature is another thing that helps me. It relaxes me.

Everybody has different methods of coping and I am sure that you will get a lot of other suggestions.

I also do meditation. That really helps to relax the body and mind.

I write a lot of lists so that I don't worry about forgetting things. I also find writing my feelings on paper helps.

I hope that this helps.
hugs, Karen

Yana;
I wanted to post over here also....I also take advantage of the breathing exercises. I find that if you get some relaxtation cd and just sit quitely--blocking out the world--turning off the tv, and noises; and sit up either on the bed or on the floor and close your eyes and listen the the beat of the music and let it flow over your body.
It does work. I have bad anxiety problems and I can't go out many places by myself--so I feel you on the down part. Hope some of this is helpful to you.

Be blessed....Daisha

HI Yana,

Meditation is really easy. And even if you don't feel like it is working, it is. They say when you practice, you are actually doing it. But it has a lot to do with your breathing and focusing on that. Also relaxing your muscles from head to toe. Then you pick a 'mantra', which is a four to six syllabol senseless word. It has to mean nothing to you. and repeat that on your breaths. One syllabol when you breathe in and one out. If you want to really learn, email me and I can explain more to you. I would love to help you with it.

hugs Karen
