What sorts of methods do people use for relaxing and calming down, I find that I'm really snappy and moody all the time and need to stop these behaviours???  also what methods do people use for staying positive?

I use deep breathing, meditation and walking. These all help a lot. There are a lot of medications out there also to help with that. I would talk to the doctor or a therapist about these methods.

Good luck,

Hi there,

I tend to use meditation with natural music (Thunderstorms, Ocean Waves etc...) as it helps relax my mind and tends to lift my mood when I am feeling irritable.

Darren,

Have you ever listened to celtic music. I have a cd called 'natures quest' and I love it. Also a big fan of loreena mckinnet.

I like a lot of celtic music. I find its really relaxing. There is something about celtic music which takes me away to a different place.
