So i was just wondering if anyone has seen a psychologist and if it helped them with their depression. I Will go see a psychologist on Thursday. Im not sure what to expect. I really hope it helps. So any thoughts would help. thanks.

It won't be as bad as you think...they don't expect you to tell them everything on the first visit. In fact, the first visit they do alot of the talking and asking you questions. They know that you can't just sit down and tell your whole life story within 5 minutes of entering their office.

Remember, they are trained to help and know what to ask,and how to make you relax into talking..

Stay strong, take a deep breath

Let us know how it went.

Please remember,I am not a professional..I am just a person who is also fighting depression.

I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.
