Hi Kate,

We will always be hear to listen to you and give you what ever advice you need. Seeing a councillor is a really good idea because you can build a trusting relationship (I know in your case it may take longer) and they can really help you get back on your feet. Are you at school / studying?

Hi Kate,

It's horrible to feel like this, I know exactly how you feel!!

Do you have any goals that your working towards, sometimes setting goals helps me to feel a bit more like I have something to work towards and aim for! although sometimes I can end up being disappointed in myself if I can reach a goal - so I guess not always a good thing!

I understand what you mean about not knowing who you are aswell, sometimes I feel that I have lost my sense of self! Talking with my counsellor has really really helped with this!

You know, I think that we all go through that at one time or another, feeling lost that is. If you take life one day at a time, this isn't so stressful. Things seem to fall into place. So don't feel so alone for feeling lost. I think it is normal for some of us. Wondering who we are and what comes next. So try to relax with life and like I said, it will fall into place for you.

I hoope that this helps some.

Luv and hugs, Karen...

I have this feeling that once you start college that you will feel better. New and exciting things. I wish you all the best with college. I think that you will like it.

Good luck and keep posting Kate.
