hi folks has any of you come accross a book called DEPRESSION A WAY OUT OF YOUR PRISON by DOROTHY ROWE?routledge publisher i think its runs in usa and canada aswell as here in the uk. i found it a very good inspirational book and certainly helped me gain awareness in  how my depression works and how responsible i was in building my own prison(i didnt realise how much i could help myself by gaining this awareness and how our upbringing an internal messages and tapes contribute so much to it.it was extremly enlightening,looking at it from a different perspective
