whoo hooooooooo, I am so happy for you. Yoga and mental health are closely interrelated. Persons practicing Yoga experience tremendous changes that result in a deep effect on their mental health. Reduction of tension and restoration of flexibility are some of the mental health benefits derived from Yoga. Yoga helps in freeing the mind from mental disturbances. Yoga also steadies the mind.

Well, that is true. Yoga is a good tool, especially learning the concept of and practicing mind over matter.
However, I do want to mention here that the member at the top of this thread said something about how it ALMOST heals the anger. Well yeilding to Jesus doesn't ALMOST anything, Jesus is EVERYTHING!
