How long has it been since you weighed yourself, you might be losing actually and don'[t know it because you haven't weighed yourself. Don't give up. You are on new medications now and that might help.

I hope that you can afford prescriptions. You might want to check with human resources. You might qualify for medicaid. Since you have children at home and aren't working right now. So give them a call. It is worth it.

I hope that you feel better soon,
best wishes, Karen

Hi Sheryl,

I agree with Karen, you might already be on the way to lose weight.

Of what I read and experienced myself, exercise is the best way to lose weight. You mentioned you having trouble with physical exercise, but you can do short walks. Try to do as much short walks as possible, and once you can walk them easily, make longer walks. Maybe there you know a sports coach who can help you with setting up some sort of schedule, and watch your progress.

I don't know what else to say, but I really hope and believe you can lose those pounds.
Acceptance is the key

Existential depression and Insecurity

Try to keep smiling! :)
