Reason for edit:

All I have done is put a title on your thread so that other people can come in and help as well. Sometimes people skip over threads without titles.

Hi Zoe,

I am assuming that you are posting from the USA... if your not, please tell me as I have emergency numbers for many different countries in Europe and Africa.

I understand how hard it can be when you have to keep trying and putting so much effort in just to get through the day. Eventually you run out of steam and you feel ready to give up. But you can beat this... and the best way is to get proper professional medical help. We can give you all the support you need but we cant give you the therapy and meds that you need right now. Try using your children and husband as your motivation for carrying on the fight.

Please keep talking to us... Its good to talk

Darren
