im 15 years old and for the past 3 weeks i've been waking up very hungry, this is unusual for me because i have never eaten breakfast since i was about three years old, but strangly along with the violent hunger pangs i've been getting nauseas, it last for about three hours after me waking up, im then fine for the rest of the day. i've never had any health problems before, and im deffinatly not pregnant, its really getting in the way of things because it just completly drains me. could anyone help me on why i might be feeling like this and how i can stop it? thanks. G x

Good Morning and welcome to HealingWell.  I am sorry to read of your morning problems.  Have you talked with your parents re your feeling of illness? I am sure you are concerned and you may need to see a physician to find out what is going on.

Glad to have you join us so keep on posting.

Do you eat before you go to bed. I use to notice if I ate before I went to bed, I would wake up hungry.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So even if it is a light one, I would definately eat when I got up.

Good luck to you, keep posting,

Hugs, Karen
