You have taken your first step by coming here. I think that this will help you to find yourself again.
First of all, have you seen your doctor lately? You might do well with a type of antidepressant or some counseling. Counseling is good because you are doing something for yourself. And you say that you don't want to burden your husband, that might be a way of getting some of this off of your shoulders.
Have you tried taking walks with your two year old? That is another way to relieve some stress. The endorphins get going and it gives you energy and a clear head.
