Hi Dawn,

Welcome to the HealingWell depression forum. I know that this time of year seems hard for many people. I personally enjoy the season, but my first husband died of cancer in October and I always think about it during this time of year.

I know what it is like to be hurting and not have a diagnosis. It makes you wonder if you are going crazy. I have fibromyalgia and it took about a year of pain before I got any type of a diagnosis. In the meantime you are suffering from pain and fatigue and don't know what to do.

I am glad that you found us. There is a wonderful group of people here and I am sure you will find this sight comforting.

Best wishes for a wonderful day

Hugs, Karen

Hello Dawn and Welcome to HealingWell.  I am sorry you are going through a bad time right now but don't anticipate that you are having a repeat of your last sessions with depression.  Picture  challenging yourself to walk through this episode with help from us and from your physician.

It is extremely hard fo rmany people to deal with the death of a loved on, I too have experienced many.  Allow yourself to grieve in your own way and do not put any time limit on how long you should miss this person and feel sad.  You are normal.

You will meet lots of members here who know what your giong through and where you are coming from.

Keep talking to us

Hi there and Welcome to HealingWell,

I think there is a time of the year that is bad for most people so please dont feel that you are on your own. The fact that you have a history of Depression means that you probably feel it with more intensity. For me, it is February as I lost my grandfather in Feb 2005.

I am really pleased that you have found us here as we are like a big family who care for and support each other.

Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.
