Welcome to HealingWell,  I am so sorry you  have trust issues.  Many member here also has trust issues and I am sure the members will share with you.

If your therapy worked before and a therapist is unable to share your conversations that may be a safe person to start to work with again.

I a very sorry for your losses.  Coming here and talking is a good thing so keep talking to us.

Hi Dawn,

I hold my emotions in a lot too, and find it difficult to speak about them, this has caused me problems in counselling - and i think it relates back to what you mentioned about trust, its hard to let your feelings out if you struggle to trust - its a viscious circle.

Hi Dawn,

I am so sorry for your losses, deeply sorry. That is so much to bear (sp). I don't know how you made it.

It doesn't matter how long we grieve, it can go on forever. So don't worry about that. Embrace the feeling and hang on to your memories. I know that it is hard to trust again. But not all counselors are the same, hopefully you will get a good one next time.

Keep talking to us. I am kind of at a loss for words right now. I feel so badly for you. But things will work out, we will help you through.

Luv and hugs, Karen
