Well, I just got up and its 1:13pm.............I don't feel good at all and I don't really have any positive thoughts. If I don't get out of this soon I don't know if I will make it. I guess I'm sorta venting here. I have to pick the kids up in two hours. I hope you all are having a better day than I.

Thanks
D

I hope that your day gets better. I sleep a lot too. I often get up around noon. Even if I go to bed early. Last night we had a bad thunderstorm and I don't even remember it, my husband says that I was talking to him about it. Oh well, that is me for ya.

I am sure that your day will get better. Just try to take one thing at a time and I am sure you will be okay. I know that things seem hard, but you will be fine.

Hello, well it is afternoon so I am hoping you are feeling better. I used to have a really bad time when I first got up.  Sometimes I would wake up and start to cry..............but I did get up every day and then try to figure out what I wanted to be when I grow up.

Guess I will be working on that all of my life.

Keep on going...........you will make it with our support and prayers.

Thank you Stkitt and getting by,

I am still under the weather per say and my head is killing me basically. Do you guys take headache meds while on A/D? You know its so comforting knowing that I am not the only one who feels like this. I learned a great lesson not to watch Drama movies. Last week I watched the secret life of bees with my daughter and cried my eyes out the whole movie. I think I'll stick to comedies!

Thanks for all of your concern and care

I love comedies, I just love to laugh. It makes me feel so good. Tonight is the best night for comedies on the channel that we usually watch. I look forward to Monday nights. LOL..

I hope that you feel better by tomorrow. Just take things one day at a time. The days have gotten shorter, that has a lot to do with it. So keep your house lit up good. It will make you feel better. Also you might want to think about taking some vitamin D. It is like a feel good supplement when it is this time of year.

I don't get headaches much. Unless they are from sinus, or from not eating. But all in all, I don't have a problem with them. I use to get migraines. But haven't in over a year. How are your eyes? I have had headaches from eyestrain.

I hope that you have a good night.

Thanks getting by,
I watched Seinfeld last night and it was hilarious! I just wonder why my head feels like its in a vice and then when I wake up it's like the drug has wore off and my head feels normal for a minute. Thanks for the info on taking Vitamin D. I just read some threads about prozac and weight gain, I'll have to see if that's the case for me. It's weird but when I start taking an A/D because of the way I feel I always want to stop taking it and say I can do it by myself, fight the depression that is, then I end up back in the hole...... My eyes are fine its just that I don't like that my head feels like its in a vice!!!

Thanks for your thoughts,

D

I have fibromyalgia. Sometimes when I get pain, my neck and shoulder muscles get so tight that it feels like the back of my head is in a vise. I wonder if you are having tension headaches. Try relaxing your shoulder and neck muscles and see if that helps any.

I hope that your headaches stop soon.

I'm sorry to hear about your pain, I don't really know about Fibromyalgia but I will look it up on the web. I was diagnosed with tension headaches years ago, because of the years of so much stress in my life, they went away for a couple years then they came back again when a major stressful event came up again. Thanks for the advice of relaxation, I am wayyyyyyy tooooooo tense, so I'm gonna try some relaxation methods, maybe take a whirpool! That's a great idea................

Thanks,

D

Hi D,

I do meditation a lot. That really helps relax the muscles. Maybe it would help you too.

Good luck,

I hope that the headaches go away.
