I know that I am not being consistant with the roll calls, so if I don't post one and anybody thinks of something interesting to talk about, feel free to do so and post it.
I have noticed that everybody seems more depressed this time of year. And there was a very good post on the effects of shorter days and what we would naturally do to get ready for winter, such as sleep more and eat more, being our bodies want to hybernate.
My question today is how much do you sleep? I could sleep 24/7 at this point. But I have to get up and do things, but I sleep about 12 hours a night. So let me know how your sleep is right now. This could become a fun topic.
