Good Morning!

Actually it is late at night, but I don't see myself getting up to early.

I love music.  I guess the music I enjoy is called alternative rock.  I think...  I like Sarah McGlaukin (sp), Lorenna Mckinnet,
Sheryl Crow, Counting Crows and Jewel to name a few.  Train is one of my favorites, I could go on and on.

What kind of music do you like to listen to?

I like to listen to all different kinds of music, but mainly Indie type stuff like Oasis, The Killers, The Kaiser Cheifs & Arctic Monkeys.

Heeja!

What kind of music do I listen to? Good music (a valid answer? :-) ).
I like cinema-style music, like the music from The Lord of the Rings, Pirates, Gladiator etc. I also like Classic Rock a lot (Dire Straits, Police), Reggae (Bob Marley, Burning Spear), some pop (Linkin Park, Coldplay, not much else), and ambient / new-age, like Enya, Enigma, and Sigur Ros.

But anything goes!

Knuffel,
Erik

I like some country, Christian, grunge rock, big hair bands from the 80s, Amos Lee, Saving Jane....I have no specific genre- it all depends greatly on my mood! My mood is also easily affected by music: screamcore rock makes me anxious/angry, easy listening(like Norah Jones) calms and relaxes me...Music in general is my passion, the window to my soul!

I tend to listen to hard rock and alternative. Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Apocolyptica, Linkin Park, and Tantric, just to name a few.

I am a classical music fan, Mozart, Bach, etc.  Also like movie sound tracks and some new age music.

Wow, I like so many. Rock from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.  Country is 50 % of my favorite.  I love Manheim Steam Roller, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Uncle Krackers.  I could roll on for ever.

Great topic.

Hehe, I love your taste of music Aurora :-).

Just wanted to add that music can be such a great mood-changer. However, I just found out (today!) that some of the saddest songs I have in my library can be transformed into the most joyful one. I think that is the answer to a question I have been asking myself for a long time: "If we would put "sad" music in joyful scenes, and "joyful" music in sad scenes, will we eventually end up finding the "joyful" music sad and vice versa?".

Take care all!
