Good Monday Morning,
 
I know that I usually try to keep this off topic, but today I was wondering what it is that you notice seems to help when you feel depressed.  I always find it is the last thing that I do and that is meditation and self nurturing.
 
Is there a pattern that you have noticed?  Or is it just one thing that you do?  What is it that seems to make you feel better and help you out of your depression?  I think that this is a hard time of the year, so if we share what helps us, maybe we can help eachother with depression.

For me, remembering quotes like "Have a nice day, unless you have other plans" make me not happy, but in peace again. Also, it is easier to endure the sadness as you know that it is just on your way to something much bigger. Like with a vaccine, you might feel a little sick, but it will prevent you from getter even sicker. When you believe that something bad is needed to achieve something that is so much better, than it is easier to endure things. I try to live by that philosophy when I am feeling sad.

For me it is being with people that I like and feel  comfortable with.............I am struggling through this changing meds and I ma trying so hard to keep a good attitude that one of these times something will work.  We have been playin the med game for 3 years now. I am getting very tired.
