Good Monday Morning,
I know that I usually try to keep this off topic, but today I was wondering what it is that you notice seems to help when you feel depressed. I always find it is the last thing that I do and that is meditation and self nurturing.
Is there a pattern that you have noticed? Or is it just one thing that you do? What is it that seems to make you feel better and help you out of your depression? I think that this is a hard time of the year, so if we share what helps us, maybe we can help eachother with depression.
