I feel that I work so hard & move forward & then undo it all in an instant.

Heej Li!

Sorry for not replying to your email, I've been very busy lately with the move. But you don't "undo" something, please remember that! Sometimes you need to take a step back in order to make a leap forwards. And now you are more experienced in those steps forward you already made, so it will become easier and easier, leaving you with more energy to push the boundaries again!

Getting out of a depression is almost never a straight line up. Usually it is a road full of obstacles, but as you progress, you will learn how to climb certain obstacles, and it will be easier for you to take them.

I am proud of you Li for trying and fighting the depression. I am absolutely sure that if you keep on trying you will get out, and life will be better than ever before, as you will enjoy it so much more!

If there is anything I can do for you, just let me know OK?
Take care!
Erik

Li,

I really believe that this is just a temporary set back and that you will recover quickly. You have been working so hard on yourself and this too will pass.

I hopw that you have a great day.

Dear Li,

This is part of the healing process with Depression, but never give up.  Just get right up as you are still making forward steps.

I know from my own experience how hard it is to keep going but the prize at the end is worth it.  You will overcome and live a peaceful and happy life.

Thanks for you kind words, I have done something which might change everything & it will hurt & be hard. It's out of my control for the time being, I have my fingers crossed that all will be ok, I am apprehensive & scared, but I feel stronger then this morning & if it doesn't go the way I am hoping I think I can deal with it & move forward either way. I guess things can't always go the way you want. I'm sorry this doesn't make much sense, I'm not in a v good place right now, but I think I will be ok!
