Hi Eli,

The holidays can be depressing at times. There is so much stress and so many things that you can end up thinking about. But I am glad that you have something to take in these situations. I hope that it helps you. You have been doing better so don't let this bring you down.

I hope that you are having a wonderful Christmas eve and a wonderful Christmas tomorrow. You deserve to enjoy these days.

Hugs, Karen

You can do this, take your meds and sleep well.  When morning breaks, look upon it as a new day, a special day celebrated around the world.  This is the day you may choose to take some time to talk privately with your god and ask for help.

You always have us.  Believe.

Holiday blessings.

Eli, you are in my prayers- i am truly sorry you are suffering at the moment. rest up, maybe practice relaxation techniques and try not to beat yourself up emotionally over your pain. Its a stressful time of year-
please take care, Maz XX

Argh, especially now it is Christmas I just want to fly to the US and give you a big hug! You have done awesome work lately, and of course the way back isn't without obstacles. I can't help you with overcoming those obstacles, but I can promise you it will get easier. Practice makes perfect.

Eli, I hope you find your inner light back, and enjoy life ones more.

Have a merry Christmas!
