Hello everybody

Tomorrow is New Years Eve...  smhair

What if any resolution are you going to make?  I don't make them, I find them too hard to keep.  But I try to go into the new year with things on my mind to do.  Such as I would like to quit smoking.  So that is what I will try to keep on my mind and strive for.

I hope you all have a great day.

Hugs, Karen

Hi Eli,

You aren't alone with your wanting to be patient with treatment. Though mine is more with recovery. It just seems like there is always a set back here and there. But just remember that it always gets better again. You are going to get there, I can tell by how hard you are trying. Never give up hope.

Hugs Karen.

Oh yes, I want to exercise more too. So I guess I would say I want to get healthy.

I want to start exercising and working out. I want to lose the weight I have gained from quitting sports and from taking my Lyrica. And I want to gain back the muscle mass that I have lost from Fibro. I want to be strong again...I used to be really strong and while I have the muscles still, they shake when I use them so, I want to work out and try to fix it.

I am thinking about joining the YMCA so I can exercise, workout, maybe swim, and maybe join a class or something. I believe they have arthritis workout classes, those might be worth joining...

But, gaining control of my body again is my New Years resolution. Luci is going to be my recovery dog!
Lyrica and Paxil (both working quite well might I add!)

Good question Karen and normally I would answer as you have as I seem to set myself up for failure when I make lofty resolutions.

I do have one goal this year ................to get a job, just a casual job but something to get me out with the people again. I am hoping I have the substititue nurse job but I will wait to see when I go to orientation on the 7th.

Thanks

Kitt
