Heej Horserider!

Maybe you could try to form your mouth into a smile, or make silly faces in a mirror. A little smile can do wonders!

Take care!

Hi there... I too have been having a really tough week, well tough year actually..I broke downs last night and cried so hard and let it all out like a little baby, screaming and sobbing. I guess I try to look at each crying eppisode as a realease of all the pressure and discomfort and confusion inside and 9 times out of 10 I do feel a little better for it.  Hang in there babe.  Gilxx

Hi Horserider,

You sound so much like me.  Some days are tough.  Tears just seem to come at the worst time.  Last night I was simply frustrated and disappointed that I am not able to move things faster and started to sob, quietly to myself under the covers so no one could hear me.  I also think that crying can be a release of tension.   I am getting my hormone levels checked tomorrow as I am at "that age" as my friends say.  My husband keeps telling me it is due to diet and exercise, but he always says that.

Anyway, I am here to listen if you want to talk.   I understand and am happy to help in any way I can for you.
