Back from surgery finally

Just wanted to say hi to everyone.Been goon for a while because of surgery one my back.It was terrable.Hope everyone is doing good.
Lost half of my small intestineJan.2008.Ilieostomy for 5 months then reverst in June 2008,Nerve damage to right leg,part of my right hip bone removed Jan. 2008,Cronic pain,hernia,infection in my back called discites,and depression.Gallbladder removed Nov,2008.Mother to 9 kids 7 boys 2 girls and 1 stepson.4 grandsons,9 grandaughters.4 of my grandkids I inherited from my twin sister who passed away 6 1/2 years ago from a blood clot after surgery.God has given me my life back after I almost lost it.Even though its a painful and sometimes hard road to walk I take it one step at a time and give thanks to god for every step I take.

Dear Mom9mom, It is good to hear from you again.  I'm glad you are home.  I'm sorry you had to go thru this surgery but hopefully you will recover and feel better.  I know it takes some time to heal so please be good to yourself and don't try to do too much.  Let your family help you out.  You know that you can always come here and post and someone will always answer you.  I will be glad to talk with you anytime.  Remember, do take good care of yourself and rest.

Hi Mom,

It is good to know that your surgery is over and that it went well. I hope that you are healing okay. Like Aurora said, take care of you. It is so important that you take care of yourself through this crucial time. Get plenty of rest and keep posting when you can.
