This sounds like severe anxiety to me, but you are so welcome to post here.
There are times that we get insecure with feeling safe and sound. I think that is what you are going through. But it is good to write things down and reread them, it will help you to get a grip on your feelings.
Try to relax. Do you ever meditate? That is so good for us to do. Deep breathing helps too. Know that you and your family are safe. And that nothing bad is going to happen to you.
