Karen: Lately I have been shifting back to the old me from several years ago. My favorite time of day was always early morning as I could get so much done when it was quiet. Also the panicky / depressed feelings had not set in yet so this was my most productive time to work.
I guess I would have to say late afternoon and evenings.
I am not really the world's greatest morning person. Also mornings seem to be when my anxiety is at it highest.
I like the evenings. That is when I can relax and read or watch TV. I am not a morning person. My dog wakes me up too early and then I want to go back to bed so I will have a bit more energy to manage the day.
