I have never felt so miserable in my entire life.
I have a lot of money problems with the family. currently-i have $0 in my bank account.
My family keeps fighting with me. why? i dont know...
I'm falling behind in school.
My friends are ignoring me.
I can't get ahold of my therapist. I dont know if I did something but they wont return my messages...
I dont know where to go. Or who to go to. I am so on edge right now Im scared for myself.

Oh, Taryn.
Try to hang in there. Does your counselor have an emergency answering service or after hours contact number on her machine? If things get rough, please do call that number. It doesn't sound typical for a counselor to ignore your calls. Even if she was mad at you, I think she would call and tell you she is refusing to work with you any longer. How long have you been trying to reach her?

Other than that I really don't have any advice. Just wanted to let you know that there are people here to support you. You seem like a wonderful person. I know it's hard to be hit with so much right now. I've lost my job & my checking account is overdrawn & I have a ton of debt, etc. so I get how devastating it can be. But there is a way out. There is always a way out, or perhaps more accurately, through. Just keep taking one step at a time. Keep making good decisions & down the road things will get better. I have seen that for myself and know it to be true. Once you make it through these difficult times it will be something you can look back on in the future with the confidence that you can survive anything. Let me know if there's anything I can do to support you.

Hi Tyran,
I just want to let you know that we are here for you.  Incase you get really bad, here are some resources for you.

National Suicide Hotline
1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433)
This is a combined network of the Amerian Association of Suicidology, the National Hopeline Network, CONTACT USA, and many other organizations. Call are automatically routed to the nearest crisis center to the phone from which the call for help is placed.

Helpful Web Sites:
Suicide Hotlines (listed by state)
Suicidal.com (includes Suicide Crisis Center and Depression and Suicide)

I hope that you don't have to use these numbers and sites, but I wasn't sure what your state of mind was.

Remember that we are all here for you and if you would like to talk some more, I will be around for a little longer.  You can also email any of the mods at any time if you need to talk.

I hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen

No, there is no other emergency number to call.
I guess I'll just try again on Monday. If they dont answer;then I guess I can take the hint.
What I dont understand is when youre close with people, or when youre good friends with someone, why do they just leave you hanging with no reason why? Why do they ignore your calls and just stop communication and not say why? It seems like thats happening alot lately, and i cant figure it out.
For those of you who actually took the time to read my posts(which i slike 2 people...) thanks. ill just try and call again.
But i cant really keep relying on two forum moderators who tell me the same exact stuff over and over again everytime ipost something. thanks for the effort.

Hello there and I am sorry you are feeling so bad but from what you posted I am seeing a bit of attitude and the forums are here for people looking for help and support as well as willing to give help and support.

A couple of your comments struck me as your feeling neglected by the members and by your therapist. There is always your regular physician or the numbers Karen posted.

"If they dont answer;then I guess I can take the hint."
"For those of you who actually took the time to read my posts(which i slike 2 people...) thanks."

There are 63,832 registered members on HW, please take into consideration we are trying to get to people and help them asap but the people you are posting to have problems or they would not be posting here either.

This is not a chat room but a forum.

I have been through alot of the same as you and it happens over and over in your life that you wonder why me, why does this happen and why do my friends just walk away?  This is common at  your age and at mine too.  You need to believe in you and know you are a good person.  Work on your self esteem and don't assume you did anything wrong.

I do not understand why people leave but I do know that I will continue to move on through life because this is my life and there are good things out there everyday.

Look for your good things.................we all have them.

Take care and know we are here for you and all the members of HealingWell.

Hi Taryn50894

I can relate to what you are going through at the moment I two feel like I have hit rock bottom and nothing seems to be improving fro me. I think that when we get this depressed every thing seems like it is against us and it is hard to see a way out which can make us feel even worse. Im sorry to hear you are having money problems and falling behind in school and that family life is not easy at the moment. I was given some good advice to think of something positive for each day and found that this helps maybe speak to your family and close friends and tell them how you are feeling. If you cant get in touch with your therapist maybe see if there is an other one nearby. I hope things improve for you soon stick in there you will get through this and know we are here to listen and support you and if we can give advice we will. I have had great support here on healingwell especially from Kitt and Karen.

Keep posting to tell us how you are getting on.

Take Care

hi taryn, I can relate to how you are felling, I'm also not doing to well right now, depression is very strong with me, but i'm trying to hang in there, I dont have a job either and trouble with my bank ballance as well, you got to keep faith in GOD and the only way out of this is to get yourself to believed that you can do it, and you can improve your life, if you start believing you can do the things you need to do step by step.

take care and god bless you!
