Welcome to HealingWell. I am sorry you are starting to feel the depression creeping back in.
Please do not isolate yourself. Karen has given you a great resource. Do take a look at it.
Exercise is especially helpful, so try to get out of the house for regular walks. Listen to usic, be good to yourself and remember if you have moved that is a major stressor in your life.
Give yourself lots of credit for coming here and talking to us.
