Hi Griffin,

Try to take a deep breath and relax. I know that it is hard when you have to leave your friends. But you can make new ones. It just takes time to get to know people. So try to be patient.

Can you call your family and friends, or send emails? That would make it easier for you to cope with everything. Keeping in touch with friends and family helps a lot. It sounds like he does a lot of moving with his job.

I hope that you feel better soon. Keep posting.

Hugs, Karen

Hi Griffin,

It must be hard being away from your family & friends, could you maybe start some sort of class or activity that would allow you to meet new people?
