I try to check in everytime I come on line. I have found people there occasionally.
The best we can do is just show up, I guess.

Chat helps depression. You simply cannot be depressed when you're chatting a
millions miles a minute.

Pamela :-)

I too think that the chat is very helpful. and I am glad to see it is being used daily. I have been going into a/p also and it is a lot of fun. It is so much similar to depression.

I hope that you all can hook up now and then. I check it on occasion too.

Hugs, Karen

I'm in chat now lol, noone else is in though.

I agree it's helpful Karen, and it's good to see people there.
I always get scared by A+P. I dunno why, perhaps because I don't know that much about it really. Same with the forums-I never feel like I have anything I can offer, even though everything is so similar. We already know I am odd though lol.

Anyway, gonna leave chat window open, anyone wanna chat coe find me lol. I'll keeping checking.

I really enjoyed our chat too Karen, I'm really glad we stayed to chat.

Thankyou for listening to me, I know I can go on. You know in chat-this goes to everyone, just tell me too shush, if I get too carried away-I won't get offended, I just get overexcited sometimes.:P

Oh, and Karen, chat is officially helping me at college, impressive huh? It's making me type super fast, compared to normal.

Well I'm off to do more work-just found out I can use chat at college-though have to get round a few barriers-but that's suprisingly easy-same as Healingwell itself is meant to be blocked.

Hope you're ok hun
chat soon xx
