cry    confused   sad   mad   shakehead   These little faces pretty much describe my feelings at the moment. Im getting to the point where Im just so tired of the worry and disappointment in my life. Im an ok person, I think, I dont intentionally hurt anyone in anyway, I try to help anyone who asks, Ive always been a very hard working person, and yet Im so down, and dont have a good outlook on life. I know Im not alone, it just feels like it.

Hi there dazey,

Youre right, you're not alone, and you definately aren't alone in feeling how you are. You remind me of someone I know, with the things you're posting. You're not letting people down by feeling down. Never think you are.

I don't usually post in this forum, I'm not that good with words. But I just wanted to let you know that you have come to a very supportive website, with some lovely people, and I hope you can continue to post and find the support you need here.

Everyone feels down at some point in their lives, no matter what kind of person they are, you can get through this, I am sure of it.

Hi Dazey,

You truly have come to a wonderful place. There are so many kind and compassionate people here. I hope that we can help you with some direction.

Are you going to any counseling right now? I feel that is very important with recovery. You need an objective ear, somebody who can help you along and give you support.

I hope that you continue posting. We are all here for you.

Hugs, Karen
