I'm so glad I decided to go to my dr on Monday. I was having mood swings like crazy lately, and I hated it. Anyway, they ended up adding Seroquel, and also another med (i can't think of the name) like Xanax but it's supposed to last a little longer. Already I have been sleeping so much better, and I think that in itself is enough to help me mentally.

Just in case any of you are thinking about going to the doctor, but holding off, just go. It might be hard to talk to someone and admit what's going on, but it can help!

Thanks to those of you who were there when I was going mad and snapping at my poor boyfriend. We're both happier now, and things are much calmer in the house now!

Hi Becky,

This is such wonderful news. I take ambien and it helps me sleep. Well, I sleep anyway, but it gives me a more refreshed sleep. I am so happy that your doctor helped you to find something that worked.

I see progress in the making here. I am happy that your family is happier too. There is nothing but good going on. Congratulations Becky. I hope that you continue to feel better.

Keep posting and let us know how you are doing.

Hugs, Karen

Oh, and I forgot to tell you, last weekend we had Chinese food, and here was my fortune:

"You will receive unexpected support over the next week. Accept it graciously."

I think all of you here are that support! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
