I am sorry to hear you have been dx with the flu. That can really knock you down for a bit and even when you start to feel better it takes time for the body to completely recover so do take it easy.
Remember everyone gets the flu and if you have depression the flu seems overwhelming on top of your feeling down already so try to stay in the moment.
There is help for your depression and we are here to support you.
