hi all, jamie here. sorry, been living somewhat in the dark! after fridge dying my power was cut, furthermore the hospital lost my referal for the urologist. appt soon, need to ring outpatients soon. had second urine and bloods, all clean, albeit struggling with the bladders incontinance. the pristiq is helping - seems to be a med that if you feel better it kicks along. my lady, slow improvements, staying positive. gee i have missed u all!! i have power!! ps. by utlising the candle light without the distractions i was able to do some quiet reflection. to you all, i thoroughly recommend to turn of your tv, stereo, mobile and home phone for a day or 2, really it does your head and heart wonders!! if you can do more, then do so my friends!! loaned a bit of a few mates, severly broke financially!! i'm back!!! love and compassion 2 u all. for missed posts-i send those peace and harmony via the net. scool scool smilewinkgrin

Hi Jamie! I'm so glad you're back. :-) We were concerned, and posted to you on your last thread. You sound very positive about things. I agree with you about turning off the appliances and phone for a day or two....it's a wonderful experience. Looking forward to more of your posts!
