Hey guys,

Has anyone felt their pulse pound while on an anti depressant? After 7 weeks, this is really the only side effect I have left. It is not constant, but sometimes i notice it after I eat, or take a brisk walk at work. The only thing it has really stopped me from doing is the vigorous exercise routine i used to have.

I recently upped my dose, and will probably continue to do so...seeing i am only on 75 mg.

Has anyone had any experience with this side effect? HELP!

Thanks!

Hi ABUC424,

Everyone seems to be different as far as what side effects they experience on the various antidepressant meds, and I would encourage you to speak with your doc about this. He/she may be able to put your mind at ease about this, or run some tests, so that you will feel comfortable getting back into your exercise routine. Exercise is really a good tool to use when you are dealing with depression, so it would be great if you could resume that! Best wishes to you....please let us know how it goes!
