I tried taking my antidepressant in the AM but found it worked better for me in the PM at bedtime. However it would depend on what your meds are. :)
I am on 10 mg Celexa and after talking to my Dr's office yesterday (bad day), I realized that now that I have been on meds 7 weeks and full effects are kicking in that taking them at bedtime was keeping me from sleeping well. So today I took after breakfast and already feel much better. I am also on .5 Xanax 2 - 3 times a day. Hopefully I will find the right balance for me and have come to realize that these meds affect everyone differently and you just have to play around a bit to find your correct balance.
Thanks for the imput.

I am starting to think you are my guardian angel, I always love your feed-back. May I be so bold as to ask what type of supplements you are on? I eat very healthy, walk, exercise and I really think once I get stable I would prefer natural herbs, etc over pharmecueticals. I have tried Solaray Nerve SP14 Blend, Valerian Root, Passion Flower, St. Johns Wort made me break out in a rash, 5-htp made me have a terrible headache and stomach problems but I know there are others out there. I do take Super B Complex supplements as well as magnesium. I have also tried Ayurvedic herbs, ashwanganda and Bacopa(Brami). I got some relief but felt like I probably needed to go to a herbalist to get the right combinations because I think they are more helpful than single herbs.
Just curious and if I am being too nosy just tell me, it is OK, I still love you!
I take 150mgs Zoloft in the morning and 4mgs Xanax at nightime. When i was on Prozac i basically didnt sleep for 4 years. Zoloft works for me, and combined with Xanax at night, it really helps me get by.
I am glad you have switched up your meds and taking your AD in the morning is working better for you.
At the moment I am not on any AD as I chose to wean off and see how I do on my own. I always keep the option open should I feel I need to use the medication again. This is the first time in twenty some years that I have been off of AD's.
I don't have great input as far as supplements are concerned. I do use a mutilvitamin daily, Vitamin C, and Calcium and Mg ++ I know Raniah, Karen and others have better info to share re supplements. This is good.
Know I am here for you my new friend and may all your hopes and dreams come true.
