going for a healing bath, my body is aching all over, muscles, bones etc. frend has given me some a class remedies, thus i will try to smooth them out a tad. diarroeah lately too, along with severe weakness and wanting to sleep. can only do small activities. my chemist is giving me some info on cfs, as did my neighbour as she has seen what is happening for the last six months. will make appt with doc. have a good one. jamie

Hi Jamie,

I'm glad you have a friend who is able to give you some good remedies for your poor aching body. I really hope you're doing better soon. I'm glad you are going to see your doc, and also glad that your chemist and the neighbour have offered some helpful information. Please let us know how things go for you. We care about you! :-)

A nice long soak in a healing bath does it for me too.  I too am glad your going to follow up with your Doctor.  You don't want to waste your vacation feeling crummy.

Jamie do you have CFS? I do, as well as Fibromyalgia. I battled CFS since I was 14 and its so mentally draining. Im here for you 100%. keep us posted with how you are feeling,

use Radox bath salts- you can get then at Coles, Woolies or your local chemist. Cheap and effective, helps soak away the aches with natural ingredients.

cheers guys, the bath last night was fantastic. feel much better today, slept 4 one 3 hr block, then another, hey not bad in my books, and it was the couch too!! using lectric salts and other stuff. thx, jamie
