Hi all,
Ok, I know we are all different but I'm taking a chance in asking this anyway.
Why do you gain weight from anti depressants? Are any known to not put too much on?
I was a body builder and always in great shape, this is making me more depressed. I can't work out like I used to and feel so uncomfortable.
Any ideas?

I've gained a bunch of weight from some anti-depressents but it also comes down to getting out and doing some sort of activity.
I've tried to loose some weight on my own only to gain it all back. Sorry I'm not much help.

I gained weight too and I have been off the AD for a couple of months or so now and the weight has not faded away.

I know for me I need to get out more so I own the problem.
